Dr Abel Pienaar’s mindfulness-based coaching practice is based on an integral model of coaching that helps people find their true potential.
The coaching techniques that he uses are the culmination and enhancement of the latest studies of neural science, philosophy and mindfulness techniques.
In coaching, he believes in helping people to find a way back to the place inside themselves where they are already calm, happy and powerful.

Best of all, it means that you can let go of the impossible and unbelievably self-punishing thought that you will be unhappy until you find happiness through someone or something—you are already happy, you just don’t realise it.”
